Start by reviewing the projected rents, expenses, and estimated cap rate. This gives you a clear picture of how the property is expected to perform, so you can decide if it fits your portfolio before moving forward.
Set up a call with Doyle, our licensed broker in Huntsville. He’ll confirm availability and walk you through what it takes to hold one of the homes. Reserving a unit doesn’t obligate you to purchase, but it ensures the property isn’t gone while you complete your diligence.
You’ll arrange financing with your lender, order an appraisal, and schedule a third-party inspection—just as you would with any property purchase. We encourage every buyer to verify the numbers and condition independently so you can move forward with confidence.
Once your diligence is complete and financing is in place, you’ll finalize the purchase through a standard closing process. Then, you’ll own a brand-new Huntsville townhome—ready to add to your long-term rental portfolio.
These homes are being offered as individual property sales through The Whitmire Group, a licensed brokerage affiliated with Arabella. Buyers will complete their own inspections, appraisals, and financing as part of a standard closing process.
