We’ve completed horizontal development on the 34-lot short phase within Emma Phase 2. The plat has been submitted and approved.
On the remaining section of the property, we are now installing water and electrical utilities — continuing to advance this 104-lot project towards completion.
As development progresses, this project will continue to generate fees that contribute to the fund’s income.
As both fund manager and developer, we have chosen to share these fees with our investors through quarterly distributions.
