Nine units in Phase 1 are now finished, with Certificates of Occupancy (CO) in hand and ready to begin lease-up. The completed townhomes are Lots 5 through 9 and Lots 63 through 66.
Our next push is on Lots 58 through 62 — five additional units we’re working to finalize and bring to CO. Alongside that, we’ve submitted the building permit application for the next 18 lots. Once the permit is issued, we’ll begin vertical construction on that group.
As lease-up begins, this property is positioned to generate lease-up fees for the fund. As Fund Manager and Developer, we have chosen to share our fees with investors through quarterly distributions.
