Two more of our properties just recently went live — one just outside of Clearwater, Florida, and one in the Poconos.
The Florida property features five sports-themed bedrooms, eight beds, and a full amenity package including a heated pool, pickleball, basketball, hockey, soccer, an outdoor theater, and an arcade-style game room. It sits five minutes from the beach.
The Poconos property is lakefront, with private beach access on Dresser Lake. It features five sports-themed bedrooms, eight beds, a hot tub, a basketball court, eight kayaks, a private movie theater with a 120-inch projector, and a custom game room with a bar.
These are the types of properties we are focused on — highly amenitized, experience-driven stays where the home itself becomes the destination.
Since acquiring an initial portfolio of 142 short-term rentals in December 2024, we have continued to refine and grow the portfolio, bringing the total to 153 units.
As these properties begin operating, they are designed to contribute income to the fund. As the Fund Manager and Developer, we have decided to share our income with investors indirectly through quarterly distributions.
