We previously completed horizontal development on the 41-lot short phase within Emma Phase 2, and the plat has been submitted and approved.
In the remaining section of the property, water and electrical utilities are now in place. Next up is base and curb work, which we’re preparing to begin.
As development progresses, this project will continue to generate fees that contribute to the fund’s income.
As both fund manager and developer, we have chosen to share these fees with our investors through quarterly distributions.
