We acquired the Gainesville Self-Storage site in January 2025. After receiving Land Disturbance Permit (LDP) approval, we broke ground last October and began horizontal development on the site.
Last quarter, our team finalized clearing and grading, completed the retaining wall, and stabilized the site for winter.
