First Renovated Rental Goes Live

The short-term rental portfolio spans 153 rentals across Scottsdale, Clearwater, McGaheysville, and Poconos. Last month the first newly renovated home went live near Clearwater, a seven-bedroom luxury rental, as renovations continue on more acquired homes.

Our short-term rental portfolio includes 153 properties, primarily across four U.S. destinations: Scottsdale, Clearwater, McGaheysville, and Pocono Summit.

Last month, the first of our newly renovated properties went live — a luxury rental in Clearwater, Florida, featuring 7 bedrooms, 11 beds, a heated pool, an arcade, a private theater, and outdoor amenities including mini-golf, pickleball, and basketball.

Looking ahead, our team is focused on continuing renovations of additional properties we’ve acquired and bringing them online.

More Projects Update

Water & Electrical Utilities Installed

We previously completed horizontal development on the 41-lot short phase within Phase 2, and the plat has been submitted and approved. In the remaining section of the property, water and electrical utilities are in place, with base and curb work next.

Received CO on 9 Units

Nine units in Phase 1 are finished, with Certificates of Occupancy in hand and ready for lease-up. Five more units on Lots 58 through 62 are being brought to CO, and the building permit application for the next 18 lots has been submitted ahead of vertical construction.

Two more properties recently went live, one outside Clearwater, Florida and one lakefront in the Poconos, both five-bedroom, eight-bed homes with full amenity packages. Since acquiring 142 rentals in December 2024, the portfolio has grown to 153 units.
