Last quarter, we closed on the sale of 63 fully developed residential lots in Phase 1 of Heritage Village, delivered to a homebuilder once horizontal development was complete. With that sale behind us, our focus has shifted to Phase 2.
Our team is currently finalizing the work ahead of the next development push and identifying backup buyers for the lots in this phase. Once that’s wrapped up, we plan to move forward with development.
Projects like Heritage Village are a good example of how we deliver finished residential lots to homebuilders, allowing them to bring new homes to market and increase housing supply in growing communities.
Our goal is to develop high-quality real estate assets that increase housing supply while creating growth and income opportunities for investors in the Arabella Real Estate Fund.
