Since September 2025, we have been executing the business plan for the residential portion of this project, also known as Emma at Arabella Village.
To date, we’ve reached several milestones:
- Phase 1: Vertical construction completed on the first three buildings
- Phase 2: Horizontal development completed across the 34-lot short phase
- Phase 3: Zoning completed for the townhome portion of the property
Phase 1 will consist of leasing 66 townhome units once complete, while Phase 2 involves delivering finished lots to homebuilders, who will construct homes.
Together, these phases are a strong example of how we utilize build-to-rent and its various exit strategies to develop high-quality real estate assets that contribute to housing supply while creating opportunities for growth and income for our investors.
