We are currently seeking a buyer for this property so that once it is complete, we can sell the lots as finished lots.
As horizontal development progresses, the project will continue to generate income for the fund through development fees.
As both Fund Manager and Developer, we’ve chosen to share these fees with our investors through quarterly distributions.
