Last quarter, we completed grading and installed sewer and storm drain utilities on the property.
After beginning electrical and water utility installations last month, both have now been completed.
As development progresses, this project will continue to generate income for the fund through fees. As Fund Manager and Developer, we have decided to share these fees with investors via quarterly distributions.
