In October, we officially broke ground and began horizontal development on Gainesville Self-Storage.
Since then, we have cleared the site and begun grading the property.
As development progresses, this project will continue generating development fees that flow directly into the fund.
As both fund manager and developer, we have chosen to share these development fees with our investors through quarterly distributions.
