Last quarter, we addressed the city’s feedback on our plat submission and resubmitted it for approval. We also began the process of selecting a buyer.
This month, we continued our negotiations with potential buyers. Once we select a buyer and finalize the sale of Phase 1, we will move forward with the development of Phase 2.
The sale of this project will generate realized returns for the Arabella Real Estate Fund. Investors will participate in these realized returns through quarterly distributions.
