In December, we acquired a portfolio of 142 short-term rentals for the Arabella Real Estate Fund.
Since then, our focus has been on securing a line of credit, preparing to enter the market for debt and equity, and raising additional capital to expand the portfolio.
Last month, we successfully launched our seed portfolio, acquiring 10 properties with 2 more under contract.
In total, we are preparing to enter the market to raise over $75 million while simultaneously recapitalizing our seed portfolio to support continued growth.
