Last quarter, we addressed additional comments related to the Phase 1 permit.
This month, we continued the process of selecting a buyer for the property and are now awaiting a letter of intent (LOI).
Once both the permit and LOI are in hand, we will move forward to finalize and execute the contract to sell these lots.
