In Q1 2025, we finalized the construction plans for Emma at Arabella Village Phase 1, which will consist of 66 lots developed into townhomes.
Last quarter, we completed the construction budget, finalized product pricing, and secured loan terms with the bank.
We are currently working to obtain a building permit. Once received, we will begin vertical construction.
