Working to Secure a Letter of Intent

In Q1 2025, we addressed final city comments and received permitting approval for Phase 1B of Haselton. Last quarter, we responded to additional Phase 1A comments. Upon securing Phase 1A approval, we will finalize the LOI and proceed to closing.

In Q1 2025, we addressed the final round of comments from the city and received permitting approval for Phase 1B.

Last quarter, we received and addressed additional comments regarding the Phase 1A permit.

Once we obtain permitting approval for Phase 1A, we will continue working to secure a letter of intent (LOI) and move forward with closing.

More Projects Update

Water & Electrical Utilities Installed

We previously completed horizontal development on the 41-lot short phase within Phase 2, and the plat has been submitted and approved. In the remaining section of the property, water and electrical utilities are in place, with base and curb work next.

Received CO on 9 Units

Nine units in Phase 1 are finished, with Certificates of Occupancy in hand and ready for lease-up. Five more units on Lots 58 through 62 are being brought to CO, and the building permit application for the next 18 lots has been submitted ahead of vertical construction.

Two New Luxury Rentals Live

Two more properties recently went live, one outside Clearwater, Florida and one lakefront in the Poconos, both five-bedroom, eight-bed homes with full amenity packages. Since acquiring 142 rentals in December 2024, the portfolio has grown to 153 units.
