In December, we added a portfolio of 142 short-term rentals to the Arabella Real Estate Fund, with the goal of an institutional exit in 4 years at 500 rentals.
So far, we have focused on securing a line of credit, preparing to go to market for debt and equity, and raising additional capital to acquire more properties.
We have also successfully launched a seed portfolio, purchasing five STR properties, with three more currently under contract.
Our next steps are to finalize the line of credit and start acquiring more properties.
