I’m excited to announce that we have completed due diligence on our Savannah (Boutique Hotel) project – a building in downtown Savannah, Georgia, which we plan to renovate into a boutique hotel featuring 8 luxury short-term rentals, 40 bedrooms, and a rooftop pool.
With due diligence complete, we’ll acquire and add this project to the Arabella Real Estate Fund.
