Received Additional Comments on Permit

On January 23, we placed Baltimore Hill under contract and immediately began due diligence.

In April, we submitted our full development plans to the City of Huntsville for permitting approval.

This month, we received the city’s initial comments and are actively addressing each item.

Once permitting is approved, we will complete final due diligence and officially close on the 60.2-acre project in Q3 2025, bringing it into the Arabella Real Estate Fund.
