On September 17, 2025, we acquired Two Rivers Estates (formerly Cedar Grove), a lot delivery project comprising 56 lots across 827 acres in Jackson County, Georgia, for $10,495,000.
This project will be designed for homesteading and will require minimal development. Many will also have the option to operate entirely off-grid, creating a unique opportunity for buyers seeking privacy and self-sufficiency.
We have finalized our go-to-market strategy and have already platted these lots, as they require very little development work. We plan to launch this neighborhood in the first half of 2026.
