Last month, we completed the installation of sewer utilities for our 34-lot short phase.
We are currently finalizing the installation of water and storm utilities. Once complete, we will begin laying curbs, installing electrical utilities, and paving the roads.
As this development progresses, it will continue to generate development fees, contributing income to the fund.
As both the Fund Manager and Developer, we have decided to share these fees with our investors through quarterly distributions.
