In October, we officially began vertical construction on Phase 1 of Emma at Arabella Village.
Since then, framing has been completed on approximately nine townhomes, with several additional units now underway.
As we progress with the development of this project, we will continue to generate development fees.
As the fund manager and developer, we have decided to share our development fees with our investors through quarterly distributions.
