We plan to submit the building design package to obtain a building permit, allowing us to begin vertical construction once horizontal site work is complete.
We are working to secure the land disturbance permit, having addressed multiple rounds of comments throughout the past quarter.
Once approved, we will hold a pre-construction meeting to prepare for breaking ground on this project.
