Last quarter, we worked through multiple rounds of city comments related to the land disturbance permit and finalized our architectural plans.
Our team is currently preparing the full building design package, which will be submitted following permit approval. This will position us to move into vertical construction as sitework nears completion.
Upon receiving the land disturbance permit, we will schedule the pre-construction meeting and officially break ground on the project.
