After seven months of due diligence, we are preparing to acquire Canton Self-Storage and add it to the Arabella Real Estate Fund in Q2.
This project will include a modern, two-level self-storage facility covering 5.2 acres, with 550 units spread across 100,000 square feet.
Canton Self-Storage is one of three self-storage projects we plan to acquire and develop this year.
