Currently, we are completing the property dress-ups. Once these are finalized, we will begin the lease-up period.
As we enter the lease-up phase, we will start generating additional cash flow for the fund.
As the fund manager and developer, we have decided to share this cash flow with our investors through quarterly distributions.
