662 Units Now Operating

The project received certificates of occupancy for both the county and city sides last month, and lease-up is now underway across the property. The 662-unit StoreEase facility offers climate and non-climate units, and has begun generating cash flow.

Last month, we received certificates of occupancy for both the county and city sides of this project.

Lease-up is now underway across the property, and we have already begun generating cash flow for the Fund.

This location features 662 units, including both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled options, all under the StoreEase brand. A digital kiosk is also available for added customer convenience (see photos below).

As both the Fund Manager and Developer, we have elected to share this cash flow with investors through quarterly distributions.

More Projects Update

Water & Electrical Utilities Installed

We previously completed horizontal development on the 41-lot short phase within Phase 2, and the plat has been submitted and approved. In the remaining section of the property, water and electrical utilities are in place, with base and curb work next.

Received CO on 9 Units

Nine units in Phase 1 are finished, with Certificates of Occupancy in hand and ready for lease-up. Five more units on Lots 58 through 62 are being brought to CO, and the building permit application for the next 18 lots has been submitted ahead of vertical construction.

Two New Luxury Rentals Live

Two more properties recently went live, one outside Clearwater, Florida and one lakefront in the Poconos, both five-bedroom, eight-bed homes with full amenity packages. Since acquiring 142 rentals in December 2024, the portfolio has grown to 153 units.
