Last quarter, after receiving and addressing the city’s comments, we resubmitted the land disturbance permit for review.
We are currently working to finalize architectural plans, which will allow us to submit the building design plans to the city.
Once the permit is approved, we will hold the pre-construction meeting, after which we will break ground and begin horizontal development.
