April 2025 – Received refinancing terms and working on obtaining a line of credit to acquire more properties.
May 2025 – Evaluating the best steps forward with our partner and continuing efforts to secure the line of credit.
June 2025 – Preparing to go to market for additional debt and equity, and getting close to securing the line of credit.
Next steps – Once we secure the line of credit, we will continue to raise additional capital and begin acquiring properties.
