The first townhomes in Phase 1 are complete.
Lots 5 through 9 are finished, and we’re now working toward Certificate of Occupancy on those units.
Two additional buildings are in the interior finishing stage, with CO to follow once complete.
The community amenity package is also taking shape. A dog park, walking path, and grill stations are going in now. The broader amenity plan may also include a playground, a pool, a clubhouse, and pickleball courts.
As development progresses, this project is designed to generate development fees for the fund. As fund manager and developer, we have chosen to share those fees with investors through quarterly distributions.
