Submitted for Permitting Approval

In January, we added Gainesville Self-Storage to the Fund. Site plans were recently submitted; groundbreaking will follow once approved. This is one of four storage assets (15% of Fund allocation). We plan to add 2–3 more storage projects this year.

In January, we added a self-storage project in Gainesville, Georgia, to our fund. We recently submitted the site plans to the city for approval, and once approved, we’ll break ground.

This is one of four storage projects in our portfolio, representing 15% of our fund allocation. It’s one of the asset classes we’ve never had to pivot away from.

In addition to this project, we plan to add two to three storage projects to our fund this year.

More Projects Update

Water & Electrical Utilities Installed

We previously completed horizontal development on the 41-lot short phase within Phase 2, and the plat has been submitted and approved. In the remaining section of the property, water and electrical utilities are in place, with base and curb work next.

Received CO on 9 Units

Nine units in Phase 1 are finished, with Certificates of Occupancy in hand and ready for lease-up. Five more units on Lots 58 through 62 are being brought to CO, and the building permit application for the next 18 lots has been submitted ahead of vertical construction.

Two New Luxury Rentals Live

Two more properties recently went live, one outside Clearwater, Florida and one lakefront in the Poconos, both five-bedroom, eight-bed homes with full amenity packages. Since acquiring 142 rentals in December 2024, the portfolio has grown to 153 units.
