Q3 2024 – Completed horizontal development on 66 lots with the intent to sell to a national homebuilder.
Q4 2024 – Pivoted and revised our business plan to build townhomes on the lots ourselves.
Q1 2025 – Finalized zoning and construction plans.
Next steps – Start vertical construction on the townhomes.
Today, 70% of our Fund’s allocation is BTR, primarily because it offers multiple exit strategies, including land development, lot delivery, or developing fully amenitized BTR communities. As the fund manager and developer, we can pivot at any stage during the development process.
