All horizontal development at Creekside Commons has been completed. We have submitted the plat and are awaiting the city’s final approval.

Once we receive approval, we plan to sell the 54 developed lots in Creekside Commons to a national homebuilder.

This will be a similar exit as our final closing on Steeplechase Phase 3, where we are selling 18 lots to a homebuilder for $2.61 million on March 28th.
