The original business plan was to build multi-family (apartments) on this Phase of Emma at Arabella Village.
However, we’ve revised our business model to combine this phase with Emma Phase 1 and build single-family homes.
We’re in the process of re-entitling this phase from single to multi-family.
+/-15 acres of land zoned for residential use, consisting of 112 single-family lots. The parcel of land is located in the Arabella Village mixed-use development on the high-growth corridor of Interstate 75.
