We are currently negotiating an LOI for this project with a home builder to purchase this phase and the next phase.
This project is ready to exit as finished lots.
If you look at this project you’ll see roads are in, pipes are coming up, and all the utilities are put in place.
Thats what a typical lot development looks like when we’re finished with it and thats when it’s ready to sell to a home builder.
