Timeline and Progress
We’re already in year two of this project, with the contractor currently installing sewer and storm.
This project already has a buyer, with a Letter of Intent (LOI) executed.
We’re currently finalizing the contract to sell this project, with an estimated closing in the first half of next year.
Next Steps
As the fund manager and developer, we’ve chosen to share development fees with investors.
Sharing these fees allows us to pay our investors quarterly distributions as we develop projects like Creekside Commons.
