The site consists of approx. 10.552 acres located along Georgia Highway 53 (a/k/a Thunder Road), a historic road that produces excitement in the hearts of automobile aficionados throughout the Southeast US. 

The proposed development will offer enthusiasts a haven for their prized possessions, blending the utility of a traditional garage with the convenience of personal storage units.
