On May 23, 2025, we completed our due diligence and acquired an existing building on Broughton Street in downtown Savannah, Georgia, for $3.26 million.
We are currently in the demolition phase and have recently received photos showcasing our team’s progress, which you can view below.
In addition, we are working to secure a building permit. Obtaining this permit will allow us to begin renovations as soon as demolition is complete.
We anticipate that the permitting process will take six to nine months, while the development period is projected to last eighteen months.
