Q1 2025 – Completed the storefront, curbs, and building structure.
Next Steps – Finish the exterior, roads, and landscaping.
Once completed, we will begin lease-up, which will generate more cash flow/income for the fund. We’ll continue to share this income with our investors through quarterly distributions.
