April 2025 – Installed gutters and laid the initial base layer.
May 2025 – Finished backfilling the curbs and completed the final base layer.
June 2025 – Paved the roads, finalized property dress-ups, and submitted for plat approval.
Next steps – Once we receive approval, we will continue working to obtain a Letter of Intent (LOI).
