In Q1 2025, we completed our due diligence and officially added this project to the Arabella Real Estate Fund.
Last quarter, we successfully obtained a site development permit and finalized the architectural plans.
We are now fully prepared to break ground and begin horizontal development in the next few weeks.
This project will have a 12-month development period with an estimated delivery at the end of Q2 2026.
