In Q1 2025, we finalized construction plans, followed by a finalized construction budget in April and finalized product pricing in May.
Our next step is to begin vertical construction on the townhomes.
Once construction begins, we will start collecting development fees, which we’ve chosen to share with our investors through quarterly distributions since we serve as both the fund manager and developer.
