In Q1 2025, we received and addressed multiple rounds of comments from the city on our land disturbance permit (LDP).
Last quarter, we continued working to obtain final LDP approval, secured a general contractor, and received conceptual design plans.
We plan to receive final LDP approval within the next couple of weeks, after which we will break ground and begin horizontal development.
