In Q1 2025, we completed horizontal development and received final plat approval. Additionally, we pivoted on the letter of intent (LOI) we received last October.
Last quarter, we received another LOI and have been working through the details of the purchase and sale agreement (PSA).
Once we finalize the PSA, we will exit the project, resulting in realized returns for the fund and its investors.
