All horizontal development at Creekside Commons is complete, and the plat has been submitted for final city approval.
Upon approval, we plan to sell all 54 developed lots to a national homebuilder, similar to our Steeplechase Phase 3 exit selling 18 lots for $2.61 million on March 28th.
