Last month, we completed our due diligence and officially acquired Baltimore Hill as part of the Arabella Real Estate Fund.
Additionally, we submitted our plans to the city for permitting approval. After receiving and addressing the city’s comments, we resubmitted the permit.
Last week, we began clearing and grading the site so that once we receive approval, we will be fully prepared to break ground.
