Last quarter, we hit two significant milestones for Baltimore Hill: we closed on the property for $2,558,500 and secured permitting approval, allowing us to begin horizontal development.
The 60.2-acre site in Huntsville, Alabama, will be developed into 182 residential lots, which will be sold to two nationally recognized homebuilders.
Development is now underway. We are currently clearing the site, and once that’s complete, we will begin grading to prepare for the installation of utilities.
