Q1 2025 – On January 23rd, we placed the land under contract and began due diligence.
April 2025 – Submitted our plans to the city for permitting approval.
May 2025 – Received comments from the city and are currently addressing them.
Next steps – Once permitting is approved, we will finalize due diligence and acquire this project sometime in Q3.
