Under Contract: Baltimore Hill
On January 23rd, we put 60.2 acres of land under contract in Huntsville, Alabama. We plan to develop 180 LOTs and sell those to a national home builder.
We are currently doing the due diligence needed to acquire and add this project to our fund.
